Heating Assistance Available Through March 31

posted 3/9/15 -- With temperatures starting to rise, the Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) and Lorain County Community Action Agency (LCCAA) want to remind Ohioans that heating assistance is available to eligible households through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) through March 31, 2015. Accepting Applications for Home Weatherization Assistance Program

posted 3/3/15 -- Don’t spend another winter in a hard to heat home! LCCAA’s Home Weatherization Assistance Program is now accepting new applications from Lorain County residents. Full Story

Head Start Closing and HEAP two-hour delay

posted 2/19/15 -- Due to the extreme weather conditions forecasted for February 20, the Head Start and Early Head Start program will be closed to children tomorrow. The LCCAA administrative offices will open at 10:00 a.m. and the HEAP department will begin receiving clients at 10:00 a.m.
