Although the Winter Crisis Program has ended, there is still time for Lorain County residents to get help paying winter bills.
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is available to residents living at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Level. Applications for this annual benefit can be made as early at July 1 before the winter season or as late as May 31 after the winter season.
Energy Services customers and Head Start families are encouraged to provide feedback on the service they have received.
