Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 T olive oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Add the prepared Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in an even layer and roast at 425 F for 15 to 25 minutes, tossing after 10 minutes, until tender and browned to your desired doneness.
- Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese.
